This article is a continuation of ones published earlier by the same authors in the Studies in History of Biology journal. In the previous article we discussed the beginning of the story connected to the polemics in the journal Science (Dunn, 1944, 1945; Sax, 1944, 1945; Zhebrak, 1945). Although when publishing his article Zhebrak gained the permission of the authorities, a few years later when the process against the “bowing and scraping before the West” he was accused of that publication and brought to so called “Court of Honor”. This article discusses the details of that particular process.
